    Hi, I'm Shannon Stocks, LCSW, MSW

    I am a psycho-spiritual social worker, Workplace Culture Strategist, keynote speaker, and Founder of Stocks Spectrum Consulting, LLC. My work centers on helping individuals and organizations strengthen mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Over the years, I have supported youth, adults, and geriatric populations by providing practical tools that build emotional awareness, resilience, and healthy communication within their families, workplaces, and communities.

    As a bestselling and award-winning author of SELFIE-ESTEEM: A Kid's Guide to Learn and Regulate Emotions Workbook, I am passionate about equipping young people with the skills they need to understand and regulate their emotions confidently.
